Last year we expanded our garden with very good results. We’re excited to continue to offer a variety of fresh produce to our customers.

Our produce is raised without any chemical fertilizer or pesticide.  We utilize crop rotation, cover crops, and shallow cultivation to control weed pressure. We purchase organic compost to boost fertility and add organic matter to our garden beds. We are in the process of making our own compost.

This year, we’re planning to raise the following crops

    • Potatoes
    • Carrots
    • Green beans
    • Green, red, and yellow peppers
    • Cucumbers
    • Zucchini
    • Kohlrabi
    • Spinach
    • Lettuce
    • Bunch onions
    • Tomatoes
    • Jalapeno peppers
    • Habanero peppers
    • Asperagus
