We buy all of our pigs as feeder pigs, from independent growers, and raise them to a goal hanging weight of 200 pounds. The pigs are raised outdoors on pasture. Utilizing portable electric fencing, we move the pigs to fresh pasture every 4-5 days, and they love having new greens to nibble on throughout the day. While on pasture, the pigs are fed locally sourced gain from a self feeder.
Our pastured pork is available by the half or whole hog and is priced at $1.65/lb hanging weight. All hogs are delivered to Falls Meat Service, in Pigeon Falls, WI, for processing.
